Can the hat string be replaced with other types?

Yes, it can be replaced as long as the diameter of the string is around 5 mm. You can refer to the quick guide for replacement instructions.

Is it normal for the phone's charging level todecrease in outdoor scenarios?

Under certain conditions, this is normal. For the hat to effectively charge your phone, the required light intensity needs to be at least 300-400W/m2 (between 9 AlM and 3 PM, on lightly cloudy or slightly hazy days with direct sunlight). If the light conditions are lower than this (on heavily cloudy days, rainy days, or in shaded areas), the phone will show thatit is charging, but the charging power will be less than the power consumption, resulting in thephone's battery level decreasing.

Can the hat be washed?

Yes, it can be washed, but do not soak the hat in water or wash it in a washing machine. The IP65 protection rating does not support waterproofing for soaking. You can clean the hat by wiping it with a damp cloth or rinsing it with water while covering the rubbper plug of the junction box. During the cleaning process, avoid bending the solar chip excessiively as it may crack and affect thepower output.

Can the hat store power?

The hat does not contain a battery, so it does not have any povwer storage capability.

Will uneven lighting conditions on the solar panel (e.g., one half of the hat in the sun and the other half in the shade) affect charging?

Yes, but it will not prevent charging. It will only reduce the ctharging speed. The unshaded area can still generate power normally and will not be affected by the shaded part.

Does using the phone while charging it in sunlight affect the charging process?

No, but the phone's power consumption will increase, and the charging power remains constant, which will result in a slower charging speed.

Is there a difference in charging performance for different phones,and does the hat support fast charging?

Yes, different brands and models may charge at different speeds, whhich is normal. This is especially noticeable under low light conditions, as different phones have varying requirements for low-speed charging. This product only supports a maximum charging requirement of 5V 2.4A and does not support QC and PD fast charging protocols.

Is it normal for one device to be usable while the otheris not whencharging these two devices simultaneously?

Yes, this is normal. Under insufficient light conditions, the energy maty not be enough to supply two devices simultaneously. The priority of charging depends on the devices' charging strategies. For example, under low light conditions, if an iPhone and a Samsungphone are charging together, the iPhone may draw more current, causing the Samsung phone to ccharge very slowly or not charge at all.
