The EcoFlow Holiday Sale promotion will start at 12:00 AM (PST) on December 17, 2024, and end at 11:59 PM (PST) on December 27, 2024.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to U.S. residents with a shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older as of December 17, 2024 (“Participants”).

Interest-Free Installments
From December 17, 2024, to December 27, 2024, orders placed on the official website (us.ecoflow.com) are eligible for 6-month interest-free installment plans.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee
Orders placed on EcoFlow's official website (us.ecoflow.com) from December 17, 2024, to December 27, 2024, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

Price match adjustments will account for the value of any free gifts or promotional items received as part of the original purchase. The value of such gifts will be deducted from the price match calculation. If the free gift's value surpasses the price difference, no price adjustment will be granted.

This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

This Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

Coupon Use Conditions

Coupons apply to all products except flash sale items and recommended accessories. Only one coupon may be used per order.

Customers can choose between the coupon and other available discounts, but if a coupon is applied, related discounts will not be applied.

Coupons are valid for customers in the U.S. and Canada only.

Referral Program
From December 17, 2024, to December 27, 2024, when a referrer user successfully invites a new registered user on the official website (us.ecoflow.com), the referee user will receive a 5% discount. This discount cannot be combined with the promotional code on the event page. The referrer will receive 100 membership points, up to a maximum of 3000 points per month.

Shipping Terms for Unshipped Products
Orders placed after December 17, 2024 are expected to ship in early January, 2025 and will not arrive before Christmas. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Delivery services are unavailable for Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel these rules or the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law.

Participants agree to be bound by these terms, and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No letters or appeals will be accepted. EcoFlow reserves the final interpretation of this promotion.

All orders during the promotion period must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

Unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All prizes for this promotion are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts. EcoFlow will interpret any unresolved issues as final.

EcoFlow is not responsible for any late submissions caused by any reason, including network transmission failures.

EcoFlow will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages caused by actions or negligence related to the promotion or the participation of participants in the promotion.

Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any liability or claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal or equitable grounds related to the promotion or the participant’s involvement.
