Step 2: Appointment Scheduling
Our team will contact you via phone or email within two business days to schedule your installation appointment.
An EcoFlow engineer will arrive at the scheduled time to complete your installation. They will install and commission your system on site to ensure that it is operational that day, and will also provide instructions on how to use basic features.
Step 4: Customer Verification & Feedback
You'll have the opportunity to check the installation. We welcome any subsequent feedback you can provide about your experience with our service.
Important: Ensuring same-day operation does not cover: Environments that are not suitable for installation, environments that require additional materials to be purchased for installation, or system faults. Specific completion times are determined by our technical assessments.

Free Sub Panel Removal: We'll remove your existing sub panel at no extra charge when upgrading to our system.
1. Installation is not recommended on walls with a load - bearing capacity of up to 4 times the weight of the product.
2. Drilling into walls containing electrical wiring creates electrical shock hazards. Extreme caution is required during installation.
3. Installation is not recommended in areas near a water source or in areas exposed to high levels of moisture, direct sunlight, or other intense light sources.
4. For safety reasons, installation is not permitted in case of deteriorated electrical wiring. Please replace all compromised wiring before scheduling your installation.
1. If you discover any product defects after unpacking, please contact EcoFlow before the installation appointment.
2. Before our installer's visit, please ensure that someone is at home and keep your phone available in case we need to contact you.
